Vehicle Readiness Specialist

As a Vehicle Readiness Specialist at Tesla, your role is vital in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. You'll be responsible for preparing vehicles for customer delivery and collaborating with your team to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in our vehicle readiness processes. Your key tasks include the thorough preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.To succeed in this position, you'll need to be highly efficient, embrace challenges with enthusiasm, and take full ownership of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standardsOperate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipmentAbility to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as neededEffectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlinesManage inventory and reorder supplies as neededPerform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needsRequirements
