Associate Industry Marketing Manager - Natural Resources

As a member of the natural resources industry team, you'll use your creativity, marketing expertise, and project management skills to develop, manage, and execute strategic industry marketing campaigns. You'll partner with industry subject matter experts to ensure the successful planning and execution of focused campaigns, community building activities, and industry relations campaigns to ensure campaign goals and KPIs are met in key markets. In addition, you will work with key internal stakeholders on developing forward-leaning activities that position Esri in the market longer-term. You will help to monitor, understand, and document policy and legislative priorities as well as technology trends, to develop long-term strategies and thought leadership activities.Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and tacticsCreate campaign assets such as messaging, collateral, and digital content that contribute to overall campaign successLead and support event messaging and execution as part of an integrated campaign plan to achieve industry goalsDeliver campaign assets on time and on budgetWork with marketing and industry managers; specialists; and other stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful tactical delivery that drives measurable successTrack campaign progress at every step and manage campaign activity reports and ROI analyticsProvide a holistic view of the overall campaign performance to managers and the specific industry teams each campaign supportsWork with the marketing automation, marketing analytics, and creative lab teams to establish best practices and optimize campaign performanceRequirements

1+ years of relevant marketing experienceTime management, resource management, and project management skillsHighly organized and strongly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task activities with shifting prioritiesPossess incredible drive and follow throughQuick learner with a positive attitudeStrong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel internationallyBachelor's in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or related fieldVisa sponsorship is not available for this posting; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.Recommended Qualifications
