What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

Provide service moments and a customer experience unlike any other communitySell the vision of the community through storytellingUnderstand and demonstrate a strategic approach to sales with proven success in advancing sales relationships towards move-inPlan, organize, and participate in marketing eventsMaintain an accurate lead database with daily strategic useBuild brand awareness through strategic community partnerships and outreach effortWhat you will need to be considered for this position:

1-3 years' experience in a lead sales role, preferably in hospitality or senior careProven sales recordExcellent communication skillsHigh emotional intelligenceStrong business acumenExtensive experience with lead tracking software and reportingStrong skills in ExcelWhat we can offer you:
