Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Pay rate: $16- $20/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Telephone customer service
• Scheduling medical appointments
• Follow workflow tools, enter data as required, accurately
• Adhere to scheduled hours
• Participate as part of a team, engaged and actively supporting the enviornment
• Staff supporting this team will engage with customers of client who need to schedule an appointment with a provider.
• Staff will be required to assist customers, use EPIC software and follow workflow tools.

Requirements:

• Highschool/GED or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service background
• Bilingual Spanish

Nice to have:

• Scheduling medical appointments (1 year)
