$21-23/hr., Depending on Experience.

Experience:

Minimum 6-12 months relevant Recruiting/Administrative/Clerical experience is required.

We are PrideStaff, a locally owned and operated employment agency operating in the Denver Metro Area. We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Assistant to answer incoming telephone lines, greet and start prospective Field Associates through the selection process, input all necessary Field Associate information into our CRM system, and generally support the Recruiting/Operations team. This role will be a balance of administrative and customer service functions, and is designed with room for advancement. Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:Be the first person to answer incoming telephone calls.Direct clients with job order requests to Staffing Consultants, Business Development Manager, or Strategic-Partner.Accurately input all necessary Field Associate information into Bullhorn.Administer pre-screen, applications and assessments of Field Associates.Audit Field Associate time cards, both physical and digital for accuracy and submit payroll.Ensure quality service by handling Client and Field Associate matters courteously, properly and efficiently.Telephone screen prospective Field Associates.Schedule candidates for assessment and interview.Process employment verifications and documents in Bullhorn.Hand out Field Associate paychecks.Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Strategic-Partner.Order office and printing supplies.Recruiting Assistant Requirements :

BA is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employeesAbility to type minimum 50WPMSatisfactory computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other common office programs.Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal;

Bilingual (Spanish-English) language skills are highly preferred.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating/procedural manuals.Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages are required.Ability to make decisions of sound judgement according to company policy.Ability to deal with problems involving clients or employees.Benefits:
