Summary:Project Manager required to support security uplift & data migration solution. Work involves working with global teams.
Responsibilities:
Classic project management, Moving customer artifacts from old solutions to new solutions.Handling stakeholders, making sure artifacts successfully move on to new solutions.Lots of coordination with all global customers.Day-to-day PM tracking, etc.Project Planning, teams coordination, roadmap creation & tracking, Stakeholder Management. Smartsheets experience is plus.Stakeholder Alignment & Dependency Management.Project KPIs, performance tracking, status reporting & stakeholder communications.Team Collaboration, Risk & Issues ManagementLearn & exercise company PMO processesBudget & resource trackingPlanning & delivery related Vendor management (if applicable)Change & Quality management
Experience:
Minimum 4-7 Years of Experience required
Nice to Have:
Mass data customer/tool migrationJIRA/Smartsheets/ServiceNow experience
Top 3 Must have skills:
Flexibility to work with global teamsPlanning and execution/delivery on stakeholder managementStakeholder management and communication
