Part-time Position.Schedule:
September 23, 2024 - September 24, 2024 (2 days, 16 hours total).Duties:Conduct in-person facilitation skills training for up to 50 facilitators and trainers.Each training day (8 hours) will consist of 4 hours of learning and 4 hours of practical application.Provide training materials for participants.Teach participants how to recognize group dynamics and engage all behavioral styles within a group.Qualifications:
Previous experience in facilitating group sessions or workshops.Strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of facilitation techniques and methodologies.
