Insight Global is looking for a Remote Product and Benefit Configuration Analyst to support one of our largest healthcare clients. The client specializes in short-term individual insurance and is releasing a multitude of new product offerings for 2022. This Product and Benefit configuration analyst will be required to attend scrum meetings and will be assigned tasks related to building a product offering from scratch from the paper build design document. This product could be brand new to the market or maybe a brand-new release or maybe product in the past but new generation of an existing product. The Product and Benefit configuration analyst will then configure the benefit and components to the product offering to create an individual plan.

Required Skills & Experience-5+ years of facet configuration experienceExperience with product configuration: shell build, configuring accumulators, SEPYs, SERLs, LTLTs, and benefit limitsKnowledge of components that go into creating a shell buildKnowledge of claims and how that ties into product and benefit configurationKnowledge of SEPYS, LTLT, SERLs, benefit summary, diagnosis codes, procedure codes,

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
