These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionTeledyne Reynolds (a business unit of Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC) has over 60 years of heritage supplying the highest quality, high voltage interconnect solutions to the most demanding of applications in the Military/Defense, High-end Industrial, Medical, Energy and Space industries.We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team!We are truly EverywhereyoulookResponsibilities:Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.Prepare and interface with both Customer and Government source
Qualifications:Minimum 2 years previous experienceDefense/Aerospace experience preferredAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprintsKnowledge of GD&TCMM experience preferredAbility to lift up to 25lbs.Knowledge or familiar with ANSIY14.5M Geometric Dimension and ToleranceKnowledge and experience in inspecting molded plastic and rubber products, ceramic, connector and cable assemblies.Familiar with First Article Inspection (FAI) process and familiarity with AS9100 requirements a plus.Computer literate and familiar with using Microsoft Office products including emailDetail orientated and organized with good verbal and written communication skills.Growth mindset, willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges
