Role: PL-SQL, Oracle(Production Support)Location: Denver, CO -OnsiteDuration: Contract
Role Description:Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.o Perform plant configuration activities such as?System configurations for Audit questions, checklist questions.Configure BOM or Part number changes as per need from operations, ME or QE.Add P/N substitutes ? Front end verification for the changes completedWork order download Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment o Coordinate with L2 team for any incident.Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues.Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MESProviding resolution to users for the tickets/ issueso Contribute in Process Improvement activities
Essential Skills:Any Manufacturing Execution System (MES) support experience, Manufacturing domain experience, o Plant based experience in supporting any MES tool.o Experience in Manufacturing domain (specifically discrete mfg.)Experience in Oracle 12c / SQL 2014o Experience in JavaScript, XMLo Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
