Product Owner

Insight Global is looking for a digital Product Owner to work for one of our large financial customers here in the valley. This individual will be managing their data migration from on-prem to cloud.This Product Owner will partner closely with a team of product managers/owners, engineers, data scientists, analytics and effectively engage multiple stakeholders across the organization.This Product Owner will be primarily responsible for the execution of an already established roadmap. Additional responsibilities will include:-Executing on your roadmap by working with leadership, key stakeholders, and partners-Drive cloud migration initiative, partnering closely with the product, decision science, and analytics teams-Work closely with technology teams to develop, test and deliver features and services-Translate migration roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria-Lead prioritization and development efforts with scrum team-Leverage data and analytics (qualitative + quantitative) to drive informed decisions, experimentation, and product strategy.-Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements.-Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance.
This individual will be working on a hybrid in office schedule and should be comfortable with the commute to North Phoenix/Scottsdale border area.

Required Skills & Experience-2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner-Understanding of how data functions, is organized, and leveraged either through a Bachelor's degree or relevant Product Management/Owner/Development experience-Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal-Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (Jira, Rally, LPM, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM related field-Knowledge of reporting/analytical applications i.e. Adobe-Cloud migration experience
