The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Medicare landscape, including regulatory requirements, and will excel in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to Medicare, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, compliance teams, and technology vendors, to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication of project progress and challenges.

Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with Medicare regulations and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and guidelines.Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Medicare-related projects.

Knowledge of Medicare: Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, processes, and technologies, including claims processing and enrollment systems.

Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, using project management methodologies and tools effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
