Job Summary:

The Manager of ThunderVision Content & Production will be a key leader on the game entertainment team and play an integral and essential role in the planning and execution of game day entertainment initiatives and bringing Broncos’ gameday experience to life. This individual will also be responsible for managing two (2) full-time employees focused on delivering excellent videoboard graphics and in-stadium video experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day strategic planning and management of our Thunder Vision content and production – this includes not only our South scoreboard, but also our North boards, LED ribbons, IPTVs, forced perspective walls, and all fan-facing screens in our stadium. Responsible for translating each season’s look and feel (from brand creative) into scoreboard, video and motion graphics to delight fans. This is inclusive of managing outside vendors on new innovative programs (eg, Snapchat cam), evaluating new technologies (eg, AI), as well as administrative budget tasks. Includes leading content committee (sub-committee for game day entertainment).

Responsible for control room execution on game day. Oversees all game day content loading. Executes on sponsored revenue generating content and graphics. And helps executes on marketing priorities. Also seeks inspiration from other clubs, other leagues and other sources to continue to elevate the game entertainment experience.

Actively assists and contributes to stadium events and sponsored events that require ThunderVision support.

Collaborates with and supports Director of Game Entertainment strategic planning and ideation for game day. Serves as right hand person for Director. Manages, coaches, and develops two junior members of ThunderVision content team.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field

5+ years in a strategic marketing role in sports & live events with a heavy focus on marketing that drives both fan engagement and revenue

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and available to work all Broncos home games.

Preferred Skills and Ability

Highly motivated, hardworking, team-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for sports marketing

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization.

Working knowledge of marketing strategies, both traditional and digital/social

Maintains a very high level of attention to detail.

Team player with a positive can-do attitude

Previous experience in marketing at a professional sports team desired with strong familiarity of the NFL gameday entertainment experience.

Proficient in MS Office

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, proactively problem solve and be highly organized.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $78,600 - $90,150.
