The Role As a Lumen Manager Business Intelligence, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop sustainable reporting solutions to support data-driven decisions. You will lead a team to architect, build, and support a common data and analytics platform integrating new and existing data sources. The Main Responsibilities + Closely align with business stakeholders and internal IT resources to drive reporting solutions. + Define and implement operational best practices and standards, driving operational efficiency and consistency in production reporting. + Provide technical hands-on leadership to design and support an analytics data platform (including ETL, data modelling and warehousing). + Lead and coach technical teams of professionals to deliver actionable data insights for management and operational reporting. + Effectively communicate across all layers of the organization + Build and develop Business Intelligence (BI) team into high performance team focused on performance and career development + Exemplify Lumen's Unifying Principles (Fairness, Honesty & Integrity, Commitment to Excellence, Positive Attitude, Respect, Faith, and Perseverance) + Expertise in BI reporting, ETL and database management platforms including Tableau, Power BI and SQL Server + Expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing data models and BI visualization + Resolve complex incidents, monitor solutions, and establish standards, procedures and guidelines; includes supporting and maintaining existing reports and BI solut To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
