In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on CMDB, ITOM modules, and integration with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality of our ServiceNow instance, ensuring data integrity and alignment with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.Maintain and enhance the CMDB, ensuring accurate representation of cloud resources.Collaborate with IT and cloud teams for data modeling and configuration management.Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Cloud Discovery and Event Management.Monitor CMDB health and implement best practices for data quality and compliance.Create and maintain dashboards for reporting on CMDB metrics and insights.Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on CMDB and ITOM modules.Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services.Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Discovery and integration with third-party tools.Knowledge of ITIL and CSDM best practices.Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow processes.
