As a small business with a tight knit family feel, Spathe empowers its employees to solve problems and make decisions.Responsibilities:Provide analytical consultative services required to administer programs throughout all phases of business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation.Analyzes and review budgets, schedules and other program resources.Participate in analysis sessions to provide program requirements.Consider alternatives and develop recommendations, identify, communicate and resolve risks.Research and analyze resource material.Qualifications:
