Reporting Specialist at System One in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Reporting Specialist Employment Type: Contract/Temp Date Posted: 9/4/2024 Location: Remote Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.38 per Hour Job Number: JO-2409-2486 Primary Function We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Reporting Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our email marketing campaigns to success through insightful data analysis and reporting. You'll leverage tools like Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI to support our broader marketing initiatives and help us make data-driven decisions. Pay range: $25 to $29.38/hour Start Date: 9/16/24 End Date: 2/28/25 Duties & Responsibilities + Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns. + Develop and maintain dashboards that track key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. + Provide insights and recommendations to optimize email campaigns for improved performance. + Utilize Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI to gather and analyze data across various marketing channels. + Create and maintain comprehensive marketing reports that inform stakeholders of campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. + Present data in a clear and actionable manner to support decision-making processes. + Work closely with the marketing team to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports. + Provide training and support to team members on how to interpret and utilize marketing data effectively. + Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data by conducting regular audits and validation checks. + Manage data sources and ensure consistency in data collection across platforms. + Identify and address any data discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. + Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics and email marketing. + Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools. + Contribute to the development of new strategies to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Skills & Qualifications + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing + Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights + Proficiency in Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI. + Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages. Education & Experience + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or a similar role. + Experience in email marketing analysis and optimization. + Experience with other marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
