We are seeking a skilled SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP Central Finance projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy solutions that centralize and harmonize financial processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP Central Finance solutions. Manage the integration of financial data from various source systems (SAP and non-SAP) into the Central Finance environment. Configure financial modules in SAP, such as FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and others as required. Develop and manage data mapping rules and strategies to ensure consistent data flow between source systems and Central Finance. Work with master data teams to ensure harmonization and consistency across systems. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes through Central Finance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Participate in or lead SAP CFIN projects, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources. Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Develop and execute test plans to validate the Central Finance setup, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the testing phases. Provide training to end-users on SAP Central Finance functionalities. Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the Central Finance environment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP Certification in Finance or Central Finance (preferred). Minimum of [10] years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules. Proven experience in SAP Central Finance implementation projects. Strong understanding of financial processes and data integration in SAP environments. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance and related modules. Expertise in financial data migration, mapping, and harmonization. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CFO Level Communications skills. Experience with SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) or similar tools for real-time data replication. Experience with non-SAP financial systems and their integration into SAP CFIN. Ability to travel as needed for project implementation and support. Life at Capgemini
