Volt is immediately hiring for an On-Site Coordinator in Santa Maria, CA.
As an On-Site Coordinator you will:
Represent Volt and clients in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable mannerSupport the sourcing and recruiting efforts for designated areaTimely maintenance of administrative tasks including data entry and integrity of candidate informationAnswer the telephone and provide assistance for common questions or direct callers as appropriateObtain/assist in the completion of job descriptions, salary ranges, performance reviews and salary increasesScreen resumes and schedule candidate interviewsMaintain requisition and assignment data within front office systemMaintain written documentation on specific policies and proceduresEnsure compliance to local employment and privacy law, including pre-employment screening requirements and successfully completed in accordance with contractual and governmental regulations, WOTC and assist with claims such as Workers Comp and Unemployment InsuranceWhen onsite, escort all new External Talent to work area on their first day of assignmentLiaise as needed to support time collection, payroll or billing processes and issue resolutionAssist in any event coordination and attend as Volt representative when appropriatePrepare miscellaneous reports as requestedAddress and resolve employee relations issuesConduct off-boarding processes including termination email notifications and exit interviews as applicableComplete special projects as assigned
This is a full-time, in-house, opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years’ experience in customer service, communications or call centerBachelor’s Degree preferred, combination of experience and Associate’s Degree in a related field acceptableStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong research and multi-tasking skills with computers and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to self-prioritize workloadFlexibility to work non-standard business hours and travel occasionallyAbility to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
