You will lead UX design for a Oracle Health Patient Accounting - responsible for conceptualizing, designing and prototyping new interaction paradigms as we re-imagine the user experience for a highly automated and intelligent solution aimed at reducing administrative costs for providers and payers in healthcare. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Responsibilities As a member of the Product Management team responsible for our products User Experience, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. May develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development. Qualifications - 7+ years of relevant professional experience in user experience design - 2+ years of experience with conversational design and implementation - Ability to script and build simple prototype-scale experiences using platform tools and writing code in a language such as Javascript Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or higher degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Strong customer focus, experience working with enterprise customers and developers - Background and experience in healthcare applications (consumer or provider-facing) - Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level systems Excellent written and oral commun To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
