Job Description:
GDIT has an exciting new opportunity in our Growth Team for a Proposals Analyst.
HOW A PROPOSALS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Assists proposal teams by providing SCIF/SWA support functions.Assists proposal manager and proposal analyst with preparation for proposal reviews and any printed materials required.Provides proposal final production support.Administrative lead on high-side SharePoint.Responsible for maintaining office supplies for the proposal center.Works with IT and facilities to troubleshoot any issues in the workplace.Works with security to vet employees and visitors for access to secured spaces in the proposal center.Helps move materials in and out of workspace to assist with proposal production.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 6+ years of related experience or 2+ years and a bachelor's degree.Required Technical Skills: SharePoint; MS Office; Adobe Acrobat (novice level experience).Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI.Required Skills and Abilities: Must be organized, self-starter; good communicator; successful in a team environment; flexible to work around deadlines; positive attitude, must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
