Job Description
Manager is very open and interested in a recent college grad, due to the entry-level nature of this position.Candidate may be required to work 1 Sunday/month to assist with Plant Clean-Up Activities Our ideal candidate will have experience from manufacturing environment and in the best scenario - food manufacturing. The list of tasks is following:Maintain micro swabbing database, including performance of micro swabs, shipment of swabs.Monitor inventory of swabbing supplies.Make entry to database (Excel files, Kleanz software, EOL...)Responsible for paperwork and spreadsheets in the Hold Process of the plant using SAP system.E-mailing various reports and sheetsUpdate and maintain other spreadsheets in this department on SAP including writing maintenance notifications.Prepared, and file daily paperwork and analysis regarding product and figures for the day on SAP.Retrieve Quality samples from production floor.Process payments (through calls, web page)Attend meetings relating to food quality, and Hold Process Keep designated area in order.Prepare and update SSOP's.File correspondence, documents and returning items to file folders on daily basis.Make copies of documents as requested.Other duties as requested.

Efficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Skills Preferred
Experience with SAP is plus.

Entry Level.No Prior Experience Required for candidate with education background in food technology/science.
