Responsibilities
Operating the Forklift:
Safely maneuvering the forklift to transport, lift, and stack materials.Navigating through tight spaces and following designated routes.
Loading and Unloading:
Loading and unloading goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas.Ensuring that loads are properly secured and balanced.
Inventory Management:
Assisting with inventory control by moving products to and from storage locations.Keeping accurate records of inventory movements and conditions.
Inspection and Maintenance:
Performing routine inspections and basic maintenance on the forklift to ensure it's in good working condition.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one time
