Maintain Birchstreet systems and databases for all Grand Canyon Food and Beverage revenue centersResponsible for information management systems, daily and weekly receiving, and monthly inventoryCoordinate with the property accounting team on invoices and receive tracking as needed to ensure the timely receipt and payment of vendor invoicesAssist with cyclic inventories in Food and Beverage and Retail departments, and manage the virtual storeroom locations in BirchstreetQualifications
High school degree or GED required.Minimum 2 years working as an administrator or coordinator of procurement and purchasing systems within the hospitality industry. Experience as a manager or supervisor of Food and Beverage preferredExperience working with and training others when required and be comfortable in a team setting
Previous database management and spreadsheet experience required, preferably MS Excel.Strong leadership skills experience working across multiple departments and understanding the organizational structure and future vision to affect changeStrong computer skillsPhysical Requirements
Work is performed stationary, seated at a desk, with some bending, reaching, standing, and walking as requiredManual dexterity and visual acuity required to use computer, grasp items and complete paperworkShift Details
