1 st Shift 6:50am - 4pm Mon - Fri and possibly weekends
Job Responsibilities:Dump and load railcars and trucksOperate a grain dryerAssist with grain handlingGeneral housekeeping dutiesGeneral maintenance, as neededOther duties as required.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Commitment to the company's goal of achieving a zero-injury cultureUnderstand and follow company safety proceduresHigh school education or equivalentExhibit regular and prompt attendanceCannot be afraid of heightsAble to meet climbing stairs and laddersWorking in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 55 lbs. unassistedWilling to work overtime and weekends, if neededDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededExhibit a professional image at all timesMaintain a positive and respectful attitudeBackground check required
