About the Role:

The position reports to the UGP Manager and will drive the building of a training platform. The Training RTO will lead the development of all training material for each job task inside Operations. Supports the execution of the production, coordinating the line teams in operational activities and ensuring the presence of production factors on the shift. Responsible for all SQCDME for the area/line set up. UGP 1 - Lines 7&8, UGP 2 - Lines 1&5, UGP 3 - Processing/Bulk/Mixing/Forming Lines 3&6

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for many items related to production performances, production factors, programming of production, planning, personnel management, and more.Participate in the development of and implements plans and policies to ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility. Operates production lines in accordance with FDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP/SQF program guidelines.Responsible for team development of employees to insure proper mixing, machining, and packaging in assigned areas according to targeted specifications, to achieve total quality.Develops their leads on all responsibilities associated with their line and promotes a positive attitude.Responsible for problem solving process to resolve and/or mitigate those operational issues result in negative performance to plan as determined by the established escalation process.Ensure adherence to all standard work processes, lean processes, 5S, SIC, DMS, DDS, etc.Responsible for compliance with all regulations. Food safety - plant in proper sanitary condition at all times, including allergen control, pest control, guidelines followed.Compliance with food safety policies and procedures.Compliance with employee safety policies and procedures.Applicants must be available for all shiftWho we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-7 years related experienceProcessing, packing and mechanical experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with SAP, an assetDemonstrated ability to manage complexityProven ability to effectively manage peopleStrong problem solving abilityAbility to work with employees at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate othersApplicants must be available for all shift
