On-Call/Weekends: Every 3rd weekend, on-call once weekly as neededRequirements:OH LicenseMinimum 1 year in home health experienceBLSHome Health RNSchedule: Typicalls 5x8's Days 0On-Call/Weekends: Every 3rd weekend, on-call once weekly as neededRate is all-inclusivePatient caseload: 25-30 patients for case managers, 6-7 visits daily for non-case managersYears of Experience: Minimum 1 year in home healthAdditional information: New EMR HomeCare HomeBase implementation occurring, will receive training on new EMR. Do not pay mileage for travelers, any overtime must be pre-approved, timely communication and documentation required.Required certifications/license: RN licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing, driver’s license with proof of insurance, BLSUnit: HRINC62150, Home Health Columbus Region 3 SE
