Position/Job Description:

General Tasking Description:

Collect, Review, and Analyze Information : Gather and evaluate data to support Government decision-making. Develop Solutions to Problems : Identify organizational issues and develop effective solutions. Organizational Understanding : Understand the nature of the organization, including its internal structure and external relationships. Prepare Reports and Presentations : Prepare detailed written reports and deliver oral presentations of findings and recommendations. Interview and Observation : Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to collect relevant data. Support Implementation of Recommendations : Assist in implementing the recommendations based on analysis and findings. Data Analysis and Modeling : Analyze relevant data, including financials, employment, or operational metrics, and develop mathematical models to support recommendations. Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on analysis and recommendations. Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge of DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process). Experience in surface combatant ships. 15 years of relevant professional experience. Educational & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field. Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
