We use a laborist team model with 24/7
midwives and dedicated CRNA and OB on call. We attempt to personalize each
birth experience to our patients’ desires and needs. We perform couplet care
in our postpartum unit to allow the newborn to never have to leave the
bedside and promote breastfeeding with the additional of donor milk
availability when needed. We have an 8 bed level 2 NICU with NNP dedicated to
