The Role
The Senior Product Manager will lead product development and management efforts for one of AXS's most critical enterprise solutions. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of a key product within our broader client platform, used by clients for end-to-end event management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, business operations, and client account managers, to deliver capabilities and feature sets that meet the complex needs of our clients. This role will bring their passion for being customer-obsessed along with a well-grounded perspective in the discipline of product management. This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Product to align on and communicate the product vision and strategy, as well as build out a robust strategic roadmap.

The Role
The Senior Product Manager will lead product development and management efforts for one of AXS's most critical enterprise solutions. This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Product to align on and communicate the product vision and strategy, as well as build out a robust strategic roadmap.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap with an informed strategic vision and clearly defined goals
- Work closely with UX designers, engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget
- Own discovery and scope development by forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results, and assessing options that will provide best outcomes
- Develop detailed process maps, functional specifications and user stories as needed during the product discovery and lifecycle
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define scalable solutions that meet current and future product needs
- Implement test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve and iterate on product capabilities from MVP to Scale
- Work closely with software engineering counterparts to define product requirements and implementation pathways and strategies
- Responsible for defining, and tracking product KPIs
- Use data-driven decision making to identify opportunities and track product performance
- Communicate with leadership and business stakeholders on project status, product vision and future roadmap initiatives
What Will You Bring?
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred
- 4-6 years previous Product Management experience with Agile development, working directly with IT/Engineering and business stakeholders
- Experience with integrated B2B2C/B2B products and emerging trends
- Experience working in a complex global technology company is preferred
- Experience in the live entertainment, ticketing, or adjacent industries (such as sports, venue management, or hospitality) is a plus
- Highly organized individual who is detail oriented with a proven ability to manage and execute cross functionally to solve complex problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Should be able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams, build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives
- Demonstrated ability to define the problem, analyze the data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement
- A good balance of understanding business processes, and technical and functional knowledge
- Curious, driven and diligent problem solver with a willingness to learn, challenge the status quo and collaborate to make an impact
- A Test and Learn Mindset
- Certified Product Owner a plus
