Position Overview

This role is a part of OMGs Outcomes division which is a highly specialized group of performance marketers focused on delivering on tight outcome driven KPIs for clients. As Director of Activation, this role will directly oversee a group of hands-on-keyboard specialists. Having strong activation knowledge of the best performing tactics and training staff in buying consoles is a must. This role will also frequently meet with client teams and clients to present outcomes and manage performance expectations to optimize campaigns.

Reports to: Managing Director of Outcomes, US

Responsibilities:
  • Lead an agency specific team of Outcomes investment specialists and oversee performance on campaigns
  • Liaison in between client teams, internal and external partners to deliver on outcomes for clients
  • Managing team of hands on keyboard activation specialists to deliver campaigns and reporting
  • Develop campaign recap materials with client services team to upsell opportunities
  • Produce forecasts for prospective campaigns
  • Optimize campaign tactics to deliver on client KPIs including deep data mining to uncover opportunities

Experience
  • 7+ years in performance marketing with client management experience
  • 1+ years managing a team
  • Operational excellence activating social and programmatic media based on strict outcome goals
  • Comfortable produce and presenting reports to CBLs and clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • DSP, SSP experience across key platforms

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$130,000-$150,000 USD
