SUMMARY
The position reports to the BSA/AML Officer and is responsible for assessing BSA/AML risk throughout the organization, identifying risk issues and driving resolutions. Must have in-depth knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.

SUMMARY
The position reports to the BSA/AML Officer and is responsible for assessing BSA/AML risk throughout the organization, identifying risk issues and driving resolutions. Must have in-depth knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing BSA Risk Assessments annually with periodic adjustments as warranted by significant events.
- Maintaining and evaluating the list of BSA controls in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool.
- Identifying risk issues regarding BSA controls and driving resolutions to completion.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvements in the BSA/AML Program in keeping with regulatory requirements and efficiency efforts within the department.
- Oversight of business line BSA activity including wealth management areas.
- Participate in exams/audits by assisting in gathering of data for federal regulators, state examiners, independent auditors, and law enforcement.
- Performs all other duties/projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 6-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience performing BSA risk assessments is required
- Experience working with regulatory examiners is required
