National Sales Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales / Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities with new accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Blackstone products and services to effectively communicate benefits and value to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and product demonstrations, providing clients with insights and updates on new product offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Forecasting: Be knowledgeable about orders as they are received and coordinate with a sales analyst to continually update forecasts on an item-by-item basis.
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel required

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales account management, preferably in product sales within a consumer products industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product details effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform sales strategies.
