Our team is looking for an Inventory Program Analyst to join them. You will report to the Director of Sales and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.
To be considered for the Inventory Program Analyst opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
- Experience working in manufacturing environment essential (aerospace desirable).
- An ability to effectively use ERP business systems is preferred.
- An understanding and proficiency in Power BI, as well as Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical skills to uncover root causes and implement long term solutions.
- Experience improving and documenting processes.
As an Inventory Program Analyst, you will:
- Assist in the development of a SIOP process ensuring that there is cross-functional input and accountability at each stage of the process to deliver aligned long-term demand and supply plans
- Create, measure, and report on KPI metrics and benchmarks relating to inventory, forecast accuracy, lead times, on-time delivery, and impact on capacity planning assumptions.
- Review and report daily, weekly, and monthly inventory adjustments and changes.
- Identify historical trends of material with excess inventory and collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to identify potential opportunities.
- Work with production, planning, and purchasing teams to optimize supply plan to demand plan.
- Work with Engineering to identify potential conversion and alternate part numbers with demand.
- Advocate for continuous improvement, systems implementation, and standardization.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the planning system.

Salary Range:
- $90,000- $100,000/year, based on experience
