Position Overview:
We're a leading global fitness company seeking a talented, passionate digital marketing manager to join our internal global marketing team. Under the direction of the vice president of global brand marketing, the digital marketing manager will lead our global brand website strategy to various audiences across a variety of channels and subsidiaries, including web content, global URL strategy, SEO and social media.
The ideal candidate would have experience managing web properties for international B2B and/or B2C websites to drive brand awareness and should have knowledge across the digital and online marketing ecosystem with a solid grasp of technical functionality within web infrastructure and interactive technology. A passion for all things digital marketing and a constant curiosity for innovations and idea generation along with a proven ability to improve digital experiences, identify opportunities and drive strategy through deep understanding and application of best practices, analytics, customer data and anecdotal feedback. This is a supervisory position.
Responsibilities:
Develop global strategy and oversee the execution of JHT's global brand websites:
• The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with (1) global marketing managers, who will provide overall marketing strategy; (2) the creative team, who will develop site/campaign content and visuals; (3) the development team to implement programs across our various digital properties; and (4) the in-house digital support team who will help execute the digital roadmap.
• Manage website marketing and product content to ensure the correct products are represented on each of the global brand websites per global subsidiary.
• Provide functional expertise, best practices, and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and effectiveness of campaign content.
• Create, measure, analyze, and optimize marketing-related content performance in various digital communication channels, providing insights and key learnings to affiliated teams.
• Partner with the User Experience team on the management and evolution of digital branding elements incorporated across all our digital properties.
• Create, execute, and communicate global social media strategy and lead a small team of content creators in place to support the social media efforts.
• Contribute to thought leadership for the digital communications strategy.
• Ensure appropriate planning and resources are in place to accomplish goals.
• Gather, synthesize, and apply digital insights to inform campaign strategies. Develop campaign success metrics and track performance against goals.
• Derive relevant marketing insights to develop strategic recommendations and programs.
Provide guidance and best practices to global subsidiaries for digital service and programs:
• Act as the digital campaign expert for global subsidiaries, sharing best practices to amplify the reach and effectiveness of campaign content.
• Provide strategic digital education to global subsidiaries about digital marketing topics such as social media, website strategy, campaign execution, paid advertising, and more.
Manage the digital marketing team:
• Hire, mentor, and provide ongoing performance feedback to the digital support team.
• Set and manage monthly KPIs for the team; monitor progress weekly
Marginal Job Functions:

Requirements
Education:
• 4-year degree in marketing, marketing research, communications, or related field required; or equivalent experience
Experience:
• Successful track record managing global websites, digital campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience defining creative and media strategy from brief through execution. (3+ years).
• Proven use of online analytics to interpret results, identify site opportunities, and drive strategic marketing decisions to maximize project effectiveness and overall customer experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working in any Content Management System (CMS).
• Experience with AdWords and Google Analytics.
• Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to plan and anticipate challenges, manage resources, bring teams together, and maintain timelines.
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting research results and their business impact and using the information to form marketing strategies, tactics, and integrated program recommendations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional creative teams to achieve desired work products.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• 1+ years' experience managing a staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring; helping to set and manage weekly and monthly performance tasks and indicators; and delivering performance feedback.
