The US e-commerce recommendation team is responsible for improving consumer/seller/creator experience via recommendations product to drive TikTok e-commerce business growth. We are looking for experienced PMs to identify business problems/opportunities in the US market and build innovative recommendation products to achieve ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for optimizing the user experience and improve user trust for e-commerce short videos and live,
-Problem identification - to identify the key factors that harm user experience and user trust through user research through user research and data analysis etc.
-Roadmap planning - to set clear product roadmap by opportunity sizing and resource coordination. Define product key milestones and manage product development cycles.
-Solution implementation - design and drive solutions via related products and traffic strategies, and building metrics to monitor the status of user experience and measure the effectiveness of solutions
-Work closely with technology, governance, data scientist, user research and other teams to achieve the goals
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or above in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years product management or related industry experience, with an e-commerce background
- Technical experience and detailed understanding of Machine Learning technologies and content (short video and live)
- Fast learning and self driven
