Investment Banking Analyst - Distribution

Location: Tampa, FL
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting quantitative, economic, industry, and company-specific research and analysis
- Supporting all financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analyses, and market-specific analysis
- Assisting in drafting client pitch and marketing materials for M&A transactions
- Supporting the modeling of a broad range of corporate finance alternatives and conducting due diligence for transactions, including M&A, strategic alternatives, capital structure development, and acquisition financing
- Assisting in the research, facilitation and coordination of sector specific idea generation
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to support the development and cultivation of client and company relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with M&A advisory transactions
- Superior Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets, and risk & pricing analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Maturity and good judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Creativity, intellectual curiosity, and ability to effectively convey ideas
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
