Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team!
Description
The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for the integration, verification, validation, and deployment of various COTS, FOSS, and GOTS packages, libraries and software products for the next-generation HPCs and SPDs.
Position Required Skills
Qualifications
An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
OR
The individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience.
OR
An industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years; experience.

Description
The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for the integration, verification, validation, and deployment of various COTS, FOSS, and GOTS packages, libraries and software products for the next-generation HPCs and SPDs.
Position Required Skills
- Proficient using the Linux CLI
- Experience developing Python/Shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks, deploy test environments, and execute test suites
- Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools including Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD concepts, principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI
- Experience integrating metrics and monitoring frameworks including Splunk and ElasticStack
- Experience measuring the performance and functionality of integrated HPC systems
- Experience documenting software integration processes, including the configuration of systems, and any scripts or tools used
- Familiar with Configuration Management Tools including NetBox
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with Git Source Control System
