Are you an experienced paralegal, case manager, or lawyer with law firm management experience and strong analytical skills? Zinda Law Group is hiring an Injury Law Firm Manager to hold teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams accountable for KPI's and metrics. This role requires a highly organized individual who can follow and enforce firm processes, serve as a servant leader, and ensure accountability across the team. You will be responsible for managing key aspects of case progression, resolving client concerns, and driving team performance while maintaining high standards of efficiency.

This role requires going above and beyond to meet critical deadlines and address client needs promptly. In a dynamic and fast-paced setting, you'll be required to balance numerous priorities while frequently working extended hours in personal injury litigation. Strong ownership and accountability are crucial, as you're responsible for your team's success. Flexibility is key, as shifting priorities and unexpected changes are common. The role demands sustained effort and flexibility with hours to achieve results and maintain client satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities
  • Key Metrics & Accountability: Oversee performance metrics such as clients resolved, demands sent, and milestones like suits filed, first depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials set. Ensure that the team meets these objectives and provide feedback and support as needed.
  • Servant Leadership: Lead with a servant leadership mindset, focusing on supporting and developing your team while holding them accountable to firm expectations and performance metrics.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Directly address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through clear communication and prompt action.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding and training of new attorneys, ensuring they are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in personal injury litigation and follow established processes.
  • Performance Reviews: Develop and deliver performance review packets, outlining strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable steps for the attorneys and legal staff to improve.
  • System & Process Implementation: Ensure firm systems and processes are followed rigorously. Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to enhance efficiency and consistency across all teams.
  • Team Management: Manage the Pre-Litigation Manager and Litigation Paralegal Manager, ensuring both teams are aligned and cases progress effectively through pre-litigation and litigation phases.
  • Report Analysis: Analyze firm reports and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality in case management.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in law firm management, paralegal, case manager, lawyer roles, or business operations.
  • Highly analytical, with a demonstrated ability to follow and enforce systems and processes.
  • Proven leadership with a focus on servant leadership-prioritizing team development while holding staff accountable to high standards.
  • In-depth understanding of personal injury law, litigation procedures, and case management.
  • Proficiency in legal technology and case management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Measurable KPIs
  • Number of clients resolved, demands sent, and key case milestones such as suits filed, first depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials set.


Compensation & Benefits
  • $90,000 - $200,000 (depending on level of experience)
  • 3/2 Hybrid schedule in the Austin office
