Position Responsibilities:
Supports the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team with monthly and quarterly actual versus plan reporting, including related analysis. Works within FP&A function to develop, implement and report on the company's comprehensive financial plan. Makes recommendations for operational improvements including opportunities to increase revenues and/or reduce costs. Assists in providing profit center leaders with tools and information for the planning, tracking, reporting of important performance measures. Analyzes internal financial information and external economic conditions and their impact on business operations. Conducts financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and business activities. Responsible for building and maintaining financial models that support the corporate financial budgeting and forecasting process.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline or comparable, progressive experience; Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business preferred
- 2 to 4 year's progressive experience in accounting, finance and/or FP&A in a corporate environment
- Experience working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
- Understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes
- Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as a strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
