Programmatic and Paid Social Manager
We are seeking an experienced Programmatic and Paid Social Manager with 5-7 years of expertise in digital media to oversee paid social and programmatic efforts across display, video, and CTV, and key social platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven insights, creative testing, and delivering performance-driven results across channels.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A PROGRAMMATIC AND PAID SOCIAL MANAGER

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE
We anticipate that this person will be most effective onsite at our office in the North Loop area of Minneapolis Monday-Thursday due to the work style of the existing team. The person in this role will routinely work remotely most Fridays, and we will consider an additional routine remote day during the week after initial training is complete. That being said, we do understand that some days are more productive remotely, and we offer additional remote flexibility as needed. Note that parking is paid for by Media Bridge when employees are required to work onsite.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A PROGRAMMATIC AND PAID SOCIAL MANAGER
- Build, plan, and execute digital campaigns across paid social and programmatic channels (display, CTV, streaming audio, etc.) to meet key objectives, including ROAS, CPA, and new customer acquisition goals.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement of channels through testing, experimentation, and optimization to enhance key performance indicators such as reach, CTR, CVR, and CPA.
- Manage campaign budgets, making in-flight adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Own and report on channel metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform strategy, budget allocation, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align digital media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
- Lead the integration of new channels and formats to expand our digital reach and explore innovative approaches to customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, including changes in ad platforms and technology as well as rules and regulations.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- 5-7 years of agency-side experience in programmatic and paid social advertising, with demonstrated success in direct hands-on management of campaigns across multiple platforms like The Trade Desk, PulsePoint, Meta, Tik Tok, and YouTube.
- Proven track record of achieving campaign performance goals, managing budgets, and adapting strategies to optimize results.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
- Experience working across paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels like CTV, and driving performance in fast-paced environments.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside strategy, analytics, and account teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
