Regional Sales Manager - Canada
Responsibilities
- Empowered to make decisions to develop the sales strategy aligned to Telestream's GTM model to attain overall company strategic and financial objectives
- Effectively collaborates with internal partners across the organization to successfully close business by developing customer centric solutions based on the specific needs of the customer
- Manages a complex sales process from initial customer contact through product delivery and post-sales support
- Develops a consistent and growing revenue stream for products and services within the assigned countries/regions
- Drives sales through direct engagement also via channel partners and motivates virtual team members to provide the best sales and service on customer accounts
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our products and represents the company and products during key customer presentations and industry events
- CRM management of Deals, forecast and pipeline to desired KPIs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing large accounts and selling services and solutions (media and entertainment video workflows, video streaming, broadcast and terrestrial solution preferred)
- Proven track record in developing relationships with end user and channel partners including experience in closing large technology or service deals
- Solid business and technical acumen/analytical skills including pipeline/forecast management and ability to effectively understand articulate customer's business and key drivers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently at the executive level
- Established market contacts with the sale territory preferred
- Cloud sales experience required
- Bilingual - French/English preferred
