Description
Business Banking Team Leader
The Business Banking Team Leader position is responsible for making a valuable contribution to the Bank's Commercial Banking division, business deposit growth, small business lending originations, and business development.
The incumbent will be responsible for bank wide business deposit growth, small business lending, and business customer acquisition goals.
The Team Leader will manage a group of Business Development Officers who are responsible for deposit account acquisition for local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Mentor/coach a group of Small Business Lenders with their sales efforts including prospecting, development of proposals, structuring of loan transactions and other commercial loan deliverables.
Develop and maintain sales coaching efforts to drive desired results for new client calling efforts, cross sell, and referrals to business partners like Cash Management and Merchant Services.
Work closely with deposit operations, marketing, compliance, cash management, and other internal partners to develop and maintain competitive business deposit products and services to grow the business deposit base.

- Bachelor's degree in business or in a relevant field or an equivalent amount of training
- 5+ years relevant experience in a sales and business banking role
- Strong knowledge of business banking deposit and cash management solutions.
