Overview
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role bridging product and marketing together to build and launch new and exciting product solutions paired with marketing campaigns that drive high intent users to those solutions. You are creative, strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. You take a multi-faceted and multi-channel approach to ensure product and business growth success and pride yourself in staying on top of marketing channel trends as well as product commercialization best practices. You have a growth hacker mindset and move fast, testing new innovative strategies and prioritizing efforts that will yield the greatest sustainable impact.

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is $121,500 to $157,500. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will
- Develop and execute high growth go-to-market (GTM) strategies - design and implement unique and creative strategies to grow revenue significantly for specific products across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, lifecycle marketing, social media, content marketing, and partnerships for specific product portfolios
- Have a deep understanding of the levers at your disposal to drive various KPI's across every marketing and sales channel - SEM, SEO, PBM, Social, Affiliate, Email, Inbound/Outbound Sales, Partnerships, and Community Forums
- Partner with the various channel leads to launch these strategies, use data and analytics to measure and optimize all initiatives, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights with a move-fast mindset to make the greatest impact
- Recommend and support on executing A/B tests to experiment with new growth tactics that have the potential to meaningfully move the needle and continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns and product experiences
- Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they position themselves with commercialization, claims, and campaigns across every channel
- Leverage research and data to establish positioning, packaging and pricing for your portfolio of products
- Monitor business health, trends, and changing consumer needs to develop actions plans for your business segments
- Influence product strategy, testing, research and content roadmaps to optimize our position
- Spearhead market research projects for your portfolio to better understand the market and gather intelligence to help inform pricing, product features, and marketing claims
- Work cross functionally with Channel Marketing, Product Management, UX/Creative, Sales, Customer Care, PR, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Business Development to ensure a great customer experience
You have
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Product Marketing
- Experience with various facets of commercialization to include developing pricing and promotion strategies, product/service configuration, feature benefit messaging, and product entitlements across the portfolio
- Experience with A/B testing, aligning on KPI's, tracking and interpreting results, and recommending go-forward next steps
- Experience influencing product strategy, design and development timelines and processes
- Experience in driving high intent traffic through innovative growth hacking as well as traditional nationwide integrated campaigns
- Ability to apply consumer insights, research, and testing to drive world-class marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Proficiency with web analytics and marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable presenting to executives and partners
- Strong experience writing creative briefs
- Success working with product, creative, sales, legal, finance, operations, customer service and quality assurance teams
- Remote Employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or higher degree preferred
