Responsibilities and Expectations:
As a Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) Manager, you will be the main point of contact for Area General Managers and leaders in the region, providing expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, succession planning, Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) framework progression (the IPS operating System), EHS training and compliance, and organizational design. This role is critical in developing and executing continuous Improvement strategy in support of the business objectives and is a connected partner for business leaders. This position reports to the CIPS Director and will also support region-wide growth of continuous improvement. The territory for this position includes the Central and Gulf regions.

- Partner with managers to develop and embed an organizational culture that creates both an unmatched employee and customer experience.
- Leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change.
- Perform safety training programs, maintain, and update Job Hazard Analysis, new communication methods, Lean tools, implement 6S, and continuous improvement.
- Be an expert in and administer all environmental and government reporting programs to ensure locations are at the highest standards of environmental awareness, disposals, and environmentally conscious purchasing.
- Develop and implement all safety, emergency, and security programs, with related training.
- Partner with managers to lead the progression through the IPS Business Operating Framework.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Undergraduate degree required, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline is preferred.
- Canadian resident preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and support multiple sites.
- High sense of urgency and ability to execute.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite tools
