Today, Electronic Warfare is a still-growing enterprise - protecting the warfighter and our national security against ever-adapting threats. Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) currently has an opening for a Program Analyst to support EW development programs in San Diego, CA. You'll be part of a team focused on improving the robustness and efficacy of sensors and signals in complicated environments in a fast-changing arena.
As a Program Analyst, you'll directly support Program Managers (PMs) in achieving specific R&D program objectives. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and have the ability to establish solid working relationships with technical staff members and peers within the division as well as our external Government customers. Experience in communication, EW, and radar systems; hardware/software fabrication; vehicle/platform system integration; and/or test and evaluation is a plus. This position has potential for future growth and additional responsibility based on candidate performance.
**Note: The classified nature of this work allows for minimal remote/telework opportunities. Must be able to work onsite in our San Diego office.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager with day-to-day operations support of contract, subcontract, finance, security, staffing, and procurement
- Support the Program Manager in monitoring and managing program performance, risk, cost and schedule; quality review and submission of all deliverables
- Create program management plans, set expectations, and ensure plans are driven by organizational procedures
- Ensure requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved per organizational/program standards
- Ensure programs are executed on-time, within budget, and remain within scope
- Support preparation of contract modification proposals, and proposals for new business (technical and cost)
- Create a work breakdown structures defining all activities and develop schedules to monitor and track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
- Establish and maintain financial plans, track and report monthly actuals vs. planned expenditures, and implement corrective actions as necessary to address variances
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with captures, including business development, customer relations, and proposal management/writing
- Experience with agile scheduling
- Experience with financial systems and managing program budgets
- Excellent briefing, writing, communication, administrative, and organizational skills
- Must have an active Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience overseeing technical teams
- Direct experience in the development of communication, EW or radar components or systems, software, or systems engineering
- Capture experience: planning and proposal writing
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Top Secret/SCI clearance
