MSIG North America continues to grow!

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of P&C insurance, a strategic mindset and proved ability to lead and inspire a product team working with agile methodologies. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our technology and company, ensuring we are innovating, meeting market demands and user/customer expectations.

Essential Functions:

Percentage of Time:

Product Vision 20%
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for domain and product innovation and differentiation.
  • Define and prioritize product objectives and key results (OKRs) to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


Product Agile Team Management 30%
  • Directly lead and mentor the product team, ensuring alignment, productivity, and professional growth.
  • Optimize agile methodologies and practices to enhance the team outputs, product quality, depth, and culture.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where the team is encouraged to share ideas, feedback, and actively work on continuous improvement.


Stakeholder Engagement 20%
  • Serve as the primary and single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Advocate for the product vision and teamwork. Secure buy-in a support form stakeholder across the organization.


Product Lifecycle Management 30%
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to deeply understand user needs and pain points. Facilitate ideation sessions with cross-functional teams to generate innovative solutions that are user-centric and feasible. Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities and validate feature concepts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate new feature work. Lead the creation of MVPs/prototypes using feedback to further refine full-scale development.


P&C Insurance Expertise

Leverage deep knowledge of P&C insurance to drive innovation and forward-thinking decisions and strategies. Inspire and guide the team in transforming both technology and business processes to stay ahead of market trends and exceed industry standards catapulting our organization forward.

Education and Experience Required:

Diploma/Degree & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3 years Product Management or related work experience required.
  • 3 years of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience required.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
