Job Summary:
Lead Regional team sales efforts for the top airport media and sponsorship company. Represent the hottest medium in the industry offering innovative, high-impact, digital, printed, experiential and sponsorship opportunities. We're looking for a leader up for the exciting challenge of 1) developing a high functioning airport sales and business development team maximizing national and regional advertising/sponsorship opportunities as well 2) driving successful airport collaboration in current and potential Clear Channel markets through innovative, never been done before partnerships. This leader will be a player/coach, eager to jump right in to support their team throughout the sales process and generate senior level discussions at the direct client and agency level. The right candidate is a team player, fluent in major media types, brings a consultative approach and acute ability to determine top line strategy and develop a road map to achieve various major business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a cohesive Regional team through growing, recruiting and selecting exceptional sales and business development talent.
- Manages, coaches, holds Sales team accountable against key metrics of success.
- Strives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting revenue projections and forecasts for sales originating within West Coast markets into and out of the territory.
- Leads individual sales executives as they partner with other departments i.e. Marketing and Business Operations Managers in development and design of compelling airport marketing plans and presentations.
- Accountable for West Coast team's Salesforce.com timely and accurate data input.
- Partners with airport management leads and Revenue Management to develop a competitive and dynamic pricing structure that yields maximum results.
- Creates growth strategies based on new out of the box ideas that go above and beyond standard OOH elements like exclusives, experiential and other sponsorship centric deliverables.
- Liaises with CCO traditional OOH staff on a regular basis to maximize larger airport + OOH full company opportunity.
- Serve as portfolio point of contact supporting current and future West Coast Airport contracts, including renewal as well new bid submissions.
- Monitor competitive airport media vendor activity including wins and losses as well opportunity landscape.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding staff as well guide transition of various business operations related to new portfolio wins.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
- Graduate degree preferred.
Work Experience
- 10+ years in National Advertising Sales, multi-platform/integrated experience preferred.
- 5+ years leading a sales organization, with specific accomplishments in strategic roles directly empowering sales teams, building relationships with all levels within an organization and driving cultural change. Managing a virtual team is preferred.
- OOH, sponsorship, experiential sales experience preferred.
- Networked with senior level media buying/planning, experiential, sports activation agencies and direct client contacts.
Skills
- Working knowledge of media measurement based on current marketplace demand.
- A passion for delivering impactful, 'cut through the clutter', big ideas versus standard media executions.

- This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Other Requirements
- Able to travel outside of the office 50% of the time, if necessary and when business travel resumes.
