The Service and Strategy Enablement Team in Global Fund Services, North America supports the growth of the business by enabling development of service offerings and defining strategy to keep pace with regulatory change, client complexity and an evolving product landscape. This team works closely with Product, Business and Technology groups to define and set strategy in target markets, works across business lines to identify and enable client solutions and provides subject matter expertise and consultation for clients.
The Regulatory Product Solutions role will focus on the US Regulatory landscape to monitor changes in regulation impacting products and services offered to Global Fund Services, North America clients. These primarily include but are not limited to Fund and Regulatory Administration, Custody, Transfer Agency and Investor Services. The role will provide support for clients in navigating regulatory changes, complete impact analysis for the business and service and delivery teams, assess commercialization opportunities of regulatory change, and monitor the implementation of regulatory product solutions.
Major Duties:
1. Defines the Global Fund Services, North America Regulatory product solution strategy and ensures that this is executed on, against the entire lifecycle of the product solution and the issues that impact the delivery of a capability or service.
2. Executes against a plan that accomplishes the strategic goals determined by senior management.
3. Develops a Long-Term Strategic Plan. The long-term strategic plan defines emerging regulatory changes and revenue opportunities to expand market share, helps to resolve issues related to markets, prioritizes the types of solutions and the opportunities that the company will invest, and the resources required to support development.
4. Defines and execute against a Roadmap for the strategic plan
5. Implements Marketing, Promotional Communications, Sales tools and Training for the Global Fund Services, North America teams. Works with Strategic Marketing to develop all internal and external communication and positioning as needed.
6. Assists in Sales and Distribution Channel Support. Responsible for representing the regulatory aspect of service solutions and ensuring that regulatory solutions are appropriately covered during the sales process.
7. Monitors Financial and Profitability Management. Ensure coordination with operations and financial management to monitor capital, revenue, and expenses for regulatory support. Shape the financial contribution of the regulatory product solution.
8. Responsible for coordinating the resolution of issues of government compliance and attempts to minimize the systemic risks of offering a solution. Represent Global Fund Services, North America in applicable industry forums and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise.
10. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
11. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
12. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
Knowledge:
Experience:
10 years in the asset servicing/ asset management industry with minimum 5 years in a Product Solutions Management role preferred.

Experience:
