Program Analyst

This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered.

The Program Analyst will assist with CBP's Administrative, Data Management and Portfolio Analysis tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst: $86,000 to $96,000.
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
  • Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Program Analyst Responsibilities Include:
  • Facilitate meetings and ad hoc projects, including setting agendas, managing discussions, tracking action items, distributing minutes, and reporting project status to stakeholders.
  • Support project requirements by providing acquisition program management consulting, coordinating procurement activities, and assisting with documentation and performance measures.
  • Develop and deliver briefings and reports by gathering data from subject matter experts, analyzing, validating, and ensuring consistent quality.
  • Provide program-level analysis and reporting on construction projects, facility sustainment, and maintenance to improve processes and support decision-making.
  • Manage and improve the risk management program, including developing risk registers, analyzing lessons learned, and ensuring accurate application of risk strategies.
  • Coordinate real property management activities, including tracking and reporting on government assets within the CBP's system of record, TRIRIGA.
  • Maintain a database of facilities portfolio information, ensuring data accuracy, regular updates, and providing reports on space use, asset replacement values, and facility conditions.
  • Assist in developing a comprehensive database of facility operations, energy use, and maintenance information, including standard reporting and asset validation.
  • Support project execution from initiation to close, including reporting, quality assurance, managing data, and participating in project reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Program Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years' experience
  • strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System and SAP is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
